Because buying a home can be a stressful time, Sherry wants your transaction to be a great experience.  She will make sure that every detail is taken care of.  All you will need to do when you hire Sherry is start packing!

Transaction Manager:
Bridget Maxwell, Licensed Transaction Manager for Sherry’s Team.  Bridget works full time with Sherry and can be reached on the weekends as well.  Her responsibilities include overseeing each transaction from the start to the finish.  She will send you copies of every document you sign, coordinate and set up all inspections, fax the contract to your mortgage company, set up the walk through before closing and schedule the closing
time.  She will communicate with the
other agents involved in the transactions and acts as a liaison between the title company, mortgage company and you! In addition to Sherry, Bridget will be there to answer any questions! Her direct line is 505-400-3268.

Field Manager:
Paul Maxwell, is the Field Manager for Sherry’s Team.  He will deliver all signed documents to you and be available to pick up an deliver anything you need during the transaction! If you need Paul for any reason, just call Bridget at 505-400-3268.

Lender:
Chris Lucero, T-n-T Mortgage Services. Chris Lucero has been actively involved in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry for over 22 years.
